Massage Therapy

Our Registered Massage Therapist Matt Cartier came from another Chiropractic office with 8 years of experience. He is available both mornings & evenings during the week and every second Saturday. Matt currently offers direct billing for all major insurance companies and for patients who have been injured in Motor Vehicle Accidents.

Some benefits of massage therapy include

  • Reduced muscle tension
  • Improved circulation
  • Increasing and maintaining mobility
  • Stress relief
  • Relief from tension migraines & headaches
  • Pain relief & management
A question we often receive is if there’s benefit in getting massage and chiropractic care in the same day. The short answer is, yes!

Our Chiropractors already incorporate soft tissue work into each appointment. For the majority of our patients, when they see a massage therapist before coming to see us, they find they have an easier and more effective adjustment. Conversely, a smaller number of people prefer to have a chiropractic adjustment first and follow up with massage, so there is a bit of personal preference that comes into play as well.  An added benefit of seeing a massage therapist at the same place as your chiropractor is they are able to work together as a team and discuss your progress and care.
